About Fingered Media Inc.
Fingered Media, Inc. was formed at the beginning of 2006 to produce the video magazine, Fingered Dvdzine, to assist and collaborate with artists and musicians on video projects, and to help create and foster a positive, progressive, and community-based culture.
Through its DVD series, Fingered provides a unique medium for new and emerging artists to be seen and heard by audiences around the world. Previous issues have documented art/music scenes growing in Brooklyn, San Francisco, Mexico City, and Montreal.
Fingered Media has also made videos for such acts as Excepter, Indian Jewelry, and Telepathe, and has been hired to document live shows and art happenings including the Deitch Projects Art Parade, Blondie’s 20th Anniversary performance of ‘Rapture,’ artist Kenny Scharf, the Sun Ra Arkestra, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Kings of Leon, M.I.A., Dan Deacon, RZA, Wolf Parade, Jarvis Cocker, and many more.
